Vectis Law has extensive experience of representing youths, adults and companies in the youth court, magistrates court and crown court. We cover all areas from road traffic law, violence and dishonesty to conspiracies, fraud and homicide. You can be sure that we will provide consistency of well prepared and knowledgeable representation throughout your case.

We regularly undertake agency work for other firms or organisations unable to travel to the Isle of Wight for representation of clients. This includes briefing us as Advocates for representation in the crown court.

Vectis Law has a contract with the Legal Services Commission to undertake publicly funded work (legal aid) in the criminal courts. We can assess your eligibility for public funding and assist you with completing the necessary paperwork to apply for publicly funded representation in your case.

If you are not eligible for public funding, we are usually able to offer a fixed fee service for cases in the magistrates court.
